~This stock is available for personal use only. This means you can use it on Deviantart or your personal (non-commercial) website, however, it must be edited and stylized as your own artwork. If your website sells anything then it is considered commercial and you must contact me for commercial rights.

~All deviants have my permission to use my stock in prints here on DeviantArt.

~You must credit me in your comments and wherever the image is displayed with a link to the work you used as well as my name, Teshia Lyndall.

~Post a link to your art on the Deviation of the image you used so I can add it to my favorites. Please don't post it on my profile.

~If you use the image, you must add the work you use to your favorites. This is so I can keep track of who's used what more easily.

~You may not use my stock to portray any hate related material or anything that implies abuse or rape. Gore, Fetish, Religious, etc are all ok as long as the work is tasteful. When in doubt, pm me.

~If you are only using filters as practice (eg: changing the colour) and nothing else then you must post it in your scraps. Stock should be artfully edited to be considered a deviation.

~To encourage commercial endeavors, some stock may be available for commercial use. These pieces will be appropriately marked and have specific instructions and terms of use. Make sure to read the comments for details. This applies only to specifically marked Deviations!! Check my Gallery for availability.

~Do not harass me about any of my undraped images. Be respectful and refrain from posting any lewd, offensive, or troll-like comments.

~You agree that derivative works of my stock may be used on my own personal website for portfolio purposes.

If you use my stock, you will be bound by these rules regardless of whether or not you have read them. Any work that does not adhere to these rules will be reported to DA staff and legal action may be taken.
